How do I place my order?

To place an order:

  • Finish adding items to your shopping cart.

  • You may choose to checkout through our website or through PayPal.

  • If using our website checkout, click the “Checkout” button.

  • If using PayPal, click the PayPal button.

  • Fill in your email address, name, and delivery address.

  • If you have a valid discount code, enter it in the “Discount” field and click Apply.

  • Continue to select shipping method, then payment method.

  • Enter payment details and click Complete Order. You will see an order summary on screen and receive a confirmation email.


What if there are items missing or incorrect products when I receive my order?

Please contact us at support@cbdelites.com. Include your order number and a proof image (file size < 1MB). We will resend the correct item with no extra cost, and you may keep any wrong item as a gift from us.


How do I know that my order has been successfully submitted?

You will receive an email confirmation containing your Order Number and purchase details.


Can I change my items after ordering?

Yes — you may amend your order on or before 11:00 PM (PDT, UTC −7) on the same day the order was placed. Contact us at support@cbdelites.com to request changes.


How do I add items to my cart?

  • Go to the page of the product you like.

  • Select desired options (if any) and click “Add to Cart”.

  • View the cart page to adjust quantity or continue browsing.


How do I view what's in my shopping cart?

Click on the Cart icon at the top of the site. There you can adjust quantities or remove items as needed.


What are the payment options?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal and other trusted payment methods.


How do I use a discount code?

  • Go to checkout.

  • Look for the Discount field.

  • Enter your code and click Apply.

  • Ensure the discount shows in your order total before completing the purchase.


What is your return & exchange policy?

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations are allowed on the same day as the order, before 11:00 PM (PDT, UTC −7). After that, cancellation requests cannot be honored. Contact support@cbdelites.com for any cancellation.


Is ordering online secure?

Yes. We use standard SSL encryption on our website when transmitting personal and payment information.


Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

Yes. All credit card transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels (AES-256 or equivalent), using reputable payment gateways.
