Part of the goods will be shipped directly from our domestic warehouses, while other items are produced and shipped directly from our own factories located in the United States, Canada, and Australia.


When can I expect delivery of my shipment?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days of order placement. Delivery will take 10–20 business days after the ship date, depending on carrier availability and your location. We apologize if delays occur due to customs clearance, inspections, or issues with carrier services.


How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this number to track your order via www.17track.net.


What are your shipping charges?

We have a fixed shipping rate of $5.99 USD to all destinations worldwide.


What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship worldwide. However, if your country is not supported by our logistics, we will notify you immediately and offer necessary changes to your order. For destination listings or further details, contact us at support@cbdelites.com.


How can I change my shipping address?

Address changes are permitted only on or before 23:00 (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day the order is placed. Please contact us at support@cbdelites.com to request address changes.


Can I ship to an address other than my card billing address?

Yes, it is possible.


How will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped on normal business days, except on holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will send an equivalent version of the product with the same quality — only the packaging may differ — so that your order can proceed without significant delays.
